A place to feel connected.
“New Urbanism” is the concept of creating a livable, sustainable community that blends residential, commercial and resort-quality recreational amenities into a defined urban community. Developer David Craig’s vision is one of “urban walkability”– enabling residents to stroll to a vibrant Town Center for meeting friends, shopping, dining and entertainment.
At Craig Ranch, pedestrian-friendly narrow streets and wide walkways are reminiscent of an earlier American time when people relished the corner store and public squares that brought them together. In this unique community, all residential areas are connected to the Town Center, parks, amenities and retail establishments by an extensive trail system designed to reduce the use of automobiles in Craig Ranch.

The vintage Craig Ranch Trolley Bus also shuttles residents and guests to and from their homes to all areas of the community. Plus, the many trails linking Craig Ranch together also connect to the regional Six-Cities Trail system – a network of biking and fitness trails enabling city dwellers to explore miles and miles of nature trails.
Anchoring the Town Center is the 836,000-square-foot Times Square development hosting four stories of luxury apartments above 80,000 square feet of vibrant retail. Here, residents will enjoy a daily indulgence of style and sophistication unmatched in apartment living – complete with proposed restaurants, entertainment venues and quaint boutiques directly below. Additional landscaped courtyards, resort-style pools, lanai and outdoor fireplace settings will characterize the gathering places within Times Square.
Next door, Palladium will soon begin construction of two high-rise condominium towers anchored by 28 four-story villas overlooking the expansive Van Tuyl Plaza. And a proposed four-star luxury hotel will provide lavish hotel space, high-rise penthouses for sale, luxury retail experiences and fine dining. Many additional Town Center buildings line the Van Tuyl Plaza, where the community and its guests can meet to shop, dine and play while developing a true sense of connected community.
