Anchoring the Town Center is the 836,000-square-foot Times Square development hosting four stories of luxury apartments above 80,000 square feet of vibrant retail. Here, residents will enjoy a daily indulgence of style and sophistication unmatched in apartment living – complete with proposed restaurants, entertainment venues and quaint boutiques directly below. Additional landscaped courtyards, resort-style pools, lanai and outdoor fireplace settings will characterize the gathering places within Times Square.
Next door, Palladium will soon begin construction of two high-rise condominium towers anchored by 28 four-story villas overlooking the expansive Van Tuyl Plaza.
